Opening Day 2013

Bob drops the season's opening match
Michael and Bob open the day with a solid 6-3 set vs Jut and Tony.  An opening break to Jut's serve in the 2nd set looked good for the duo.

However, a surprisingly fast 6-0 run by Jut and Tony concluded the 6-1 2nd set.  With time short, the 3rd set concluded 3-2 with the edge going to Jut and Tony.

Tally at the end of opening day:

Tony 1-0
Jut 1-0
Michael 0-1
Bob 0-1

Ian 0-0
Alan 0-0

      What the hell happened? In the second set Jut awoke from his slumber, and I was able to return at least some shots at the net.

      That's probably true for your side... But it doesn't mean that Bob and I didn't fall apart as well. I will blame it on Bob and his over-priced racquet.

    Hopefully we getbetteras we play more. This is my year. I feel it! Now if I could only get Hoeffie to stop talking to himself long enough to swing his racket!!!!
